CONSULTING
Our consulting services help organizations to incorporate tools for equity, inclusion and justice into their policies, programs and practices. Consulting packages can include strategic planning, assessment/evaluation, policy development, leadership development and implementation support.

Assessment
In some cases, a simple conversation suffices to pinpoint your needs. However, a more structured assessment process can often be beneficial in identifying specific strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for positive transformation. We collaborate with you to design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data reviews to thoroughly understand your starting point. Subsequently, we provide an assessment report along with recommendations for subsequent actions, which may include coaching, training, or structural adjustments.
-
Coaching
Coaching serves as a valuable tool for individuals or groups within your organization seeking to deepen their understanding and practice over an extended period. Unlike training sessions, which are often constrained by time and aim to disseminate information and skills quickly to a large audience, coaching allows for a more deliberate and reflective approach. Through in-depth conversations, introspection, and practical exercises, we support your leaders and key team members in developing their capacity to enact social justice practices.
-
Training
All our training sessions are customized to suit the specific needs, context, and objectives of your group. Following an initial assessment, we propose tailored training sessions or series that align with your requirements and resources. Learn more about our training offerings here.

Policy/Program Development
If you recognize the need to refine your policies or program plans to advance equity and justice but are unsure of the necessary changes, Think Again can help. We provide feedback on existing documents, recommend revisions to incorporate best practices, and collaborate with you to identify exemplary policies or programs from comparable organizations that can serve as inspiration for crafting your unique solutions.

Strategic Planning
Our strategic planning approach draws on the process of Equity-Focused, Community-Centered and -Led Design (Equitable Design, for short), which structures both the planning process and the eventual implementation. This is a cyclical process of articulating questions, gathering data and input, trying out solutions, checking impact against intentions, and revising. In addition to producing a Strategic Plan with you, we teach your team to continually evaluate and improve while staying accountable to the most-impacted stakeholders.
