Davey
Davey Shlasko (all pronouns) is the founder and director of Think Again Training & Consulting. For over two decades Davey has specialized in facilitating adult learning to drive organizational and systemic change for social justice. Their expertise has guided schools, universities, healthcare and human service agencies, advocacy groups, and businesses in incorporating social justice principles into their planning and practices. Davey holds an M.Ed. in Social Justice Education from UMass-Amherst and serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Smith College School for Social Work, teaching courses in social theory and trans studies. Chelsey
Chelsey Branham (Chickasaw| Cherokee| Pawnee) (she/they) specializes in transformational equity in public administration, public policy, and economic development and has over 15 years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As a master’s graduate in international studies and as a Chickasaw citizen, she has always sought out diverse and global perspectives to find equitable and innovative solutions to economic, policy, and management issues. Transforming systems through policy improvement and development have been a huge priority in Chelsey’s career, as both a former State Representative and consultant. Chelsey earned their B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies, and their M.A. in International Economics & Development from the University of Oklahoma.

T.J.
T.J. Jourian (he/him) is a versatile scholar, educator, consultant, and trainer with a decade of experience in student affairs. His consulting portfolio encompasses assessment and strategic planning for professional associations and nonprofits. Grounded in the experiences and knowledge of trans and queer people of color, his research focuses on race, gender, and sexuality in higher education, particularly examining masculinity, trans masculine students, and gender and sexuality centers on campuses. T.J. holds a Master’s in student affairs administration (with a multicultural education cognate) from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in higher education from Loyola University Chicago.

Janae
Janae Peters (she/her) brings over a decade of experience in high school teaching, advising, and administration. Currently, she teaches and consults at Smith College School for Social Work, integrating clinical social work expertise with a social justice lens to facilitate transformative organizational change processes. Janae holds a B.A. in English with concentrations in African Diaspora Studies and Victorian Poetry from Kenyon College, and an M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work with a focus on Adolescents and Education. She presently serves as Dean of Students on a dynamic team in Cleveland, Ohio, dedicated to reshaping education and impacting lives.

Felicia
Felicia Lundquist (she/her) brings a lifelong dedication to social change leadership to her role as Training Manager at Think Again Training And Consulting. Previously, she spearheaded diversity initiatives at Springfield College, including the Hip Hop Leadership Summit and A SEAT (Social Justice, Equity, Accountability, Transformation) At The Table. Felicia's approach, rooted in Black feminist thought, fosters understanding and readiness for change. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish, an M.Ed from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and co-chairs the Community Engagement Committee for the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce.

Steffi
Stefanie "Steffi" Davis (she/her) brings 15 years of experience as a Social Justice Educator. Currently pursuing her doctoral degree in the Children, Families, and Schools program at UMASS-Amherst, she serves as a program supervisor and mentor for Early Childhood Licensure students. Steffi, an MA ECC certified teacher, specializes in gender justice and early childhood education. She has developed and led workshops for educators, parents, and staff across various age groups. Steffi holds a M.Ed in Social Justice Education from UMASS and a B.A. from Occidental College.

Nick
Nick Thuot, a White, trans, and non-binary educator and activist, is dedicated to dismantling systems of oppression and empowering others to pursue liberation daily. With five years' experience in university residence life programs, Nick worked to establish a supportive environment for marginalized students in higher education, despite systemic barriers. They advocate for the normalization of self-care and self-love among justice seekers to sustainably engage in the fight for liberation. Nick is based in Madison, WI.

Malú
Malú Machuca Rose (they/elle) is a transfeminist and anti-colonial scholar, organizer, and cultural worker from Lima, Perú. With a fierce, intersectional feminist pedagogy, Malú merges activism and teaching. They're a PhD Candidate in Performance Studies and a Mellon Cluster Fellow in Gender and Sexuality Studies at Northwestern University. Their research delves into Latin American arts and performance, feminist activism, and queer and trans of color critique. Malú holds a BA in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MA in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, currently conducting fieldwork for their dissertation supported by the Buffett Institute for Global Affairs and the Sexualities Project at Northwestern.

Saer
Saer Smith (they/he) is a clinical social worker specializing in supporting low-income and homeless youth, as well as identity development. Their focus extends to creating accessible and intersectional treatment for eating disorders. Saer is deeply committed to addressing the intersections of class, race, gender, and ability within our bodies, fostering spaces for individuals and communities to challenge these beliefs. They offer consulting and training on topics including racial justice, trans inclusion, body image/fatphobia, mental health, and gender and sexual identity across non-profit, education, and healthcare sectors.

Tobias
Tobias K. Davis (he/him) is a seasoned facilitator with more than 15 years of experience in social justice education. Currently serving as an Inclusion Education Trainer at the Smith College Office for Equity and Inclusion, he intertwines his love for theater with his advocacy work for social change. Tobias has spearheaded numerous social justice theater projects and community organizing efforts over the past two decades. He holds a Masters in Social Justice Education with a focus on Intergroup Dialogue from UMass-Amherst and is certified as a Calling In Facilitator and Social Justice Mediator.

Romina
Romina Pacheco (she/ella) is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Windward School. With decades of educational leadership experience, she facilitates learning on equity and social justice. Romina, a DEIB expert in K-12, higher ed, and nonprofits, draws from her Afro-Latina immigrant background to foster trust, belonging, and equity in diverse teams. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction and Women’s Studies from New Mexico State University and an M.Ed. in Social Justice Education from UMass-Amherst.

Meiver
Meiver De la Cruz (she/they) is a scholar, artist, and activist with extensive experience in both the biopharmaceutical industry and community non-profit work. They hold a BA in Economics and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, as well as Master’s Degrees from Simmons College and Northwestern University. Currently a doctoral candidate in Performance Studies at Northwestern University, Meiver has taught at institutions including Oberlin College and the University of California at Santa Barbara. They write about diasporic movement practices and have toured internationally with dance companies, creating works addressing diaspora politics, racialization, and gendered sexual violence.

Kendra
Kendra Colburn (she/her) offers equity and social justice consulting and training to organizations, businesses, and institutions. Previously a co-owner of Equity Solutions from 2016-2020, she focused on racial and economic equity in Vermont. Kendra's background, rooted in New England's diverse socio-economic history, shapes her intersectional class lens. She facilitates Cross Class Dialogue Circles and has engaged in community organizing around environmental, food, socioeconomic, and racial justice issues since 1997. Kendra holds a BA in American Studies from Smith College, where she advocated for low-income peers as an Ada Comstock Scholar.

Jay
Jay Botsford (ze/zir or they/them) has been dedicated to advocating for LGBTQ+ communities since 2002. Providing equity and justice-focused training and consulting to service providers and institutions, Jay supports the leadership of students and youth in effecting change within their communities. With extensive experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, Jay has served as a sexuality educator, youth organizer, health advocate, and social justice educator/consultant. They are passionate about community care, mutual aid, building accomplices (not just allies), and prioritizing health, healing, and pleasure in justice work.

Hillary
Hillary Montague-Asp (she/her) is a social justice educator and DEI practitioner specializing in self-reflection, implicit bias, fat justice, LGBTQ+ justice, racial justice, and disability justice. Currently a PhD candidate in Social Justice Education at UMass Amherst, Hillary has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on social justice in the US education system, ableism & disability justice, and intergroup dialogue. For the past decade, she has been involved with the UMass Stonewall Center, supporting student-led programs, facilitating support groups, overseeing Gender & Sexuality training programs, and advocating for queer and trans students. Hillary holds a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology from the University of Colorado and an M.Ed. from UMass Amherst.

Ayden
Ayden Prehara (he/they) brings over 8 years of experience in health education, catering to youth, young adults, and healthcare providers. Currently, Ayden is actively involved in developing and delivering curriculum focused on consent and sexual violence prevention for middle and high school students. Their academic background includes a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Gender & Women’s Studies, with concentrations in nonprofit management and youth/adult partnerships in nonprofit settings, alongside a certificate in LGBT Studies.

Annie
Annie DelBusto Cohen (she/her) is dedicated to creating a more just world through leadership development, social justice education, and heartfelt conversations. With over a decade of experience in higher education, including social justice leadership education and residential life, Annie is a trained Social Justice Mediator and Intergroup Dialogue facilitator. She utilizes art and creativity to make social justice conversations more accessible. Drawing from her experiences as a queer, first-generation Cuban American, Annie excels in facilitating discussions on multiracial/biracial identities and the intersectionality of race, culture, gender, and sexual orientation. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Wells College and an M.S. in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius College.
